The CSU employee fee waiver is an important part of the University's effort to promote the development of its human resources while helping individuals achieve their career goals. It offers eligible University employees and/or their dependents the opportunity to attend classes on our campus or at other California State University campuses without paying the usual fees. It is a great program that assists employees who aspire to higher levels of job skills, professional competencies and educational achievement.
Provisions of the Employee Fee Waiver Program are governed by collective bargaining agreements or for Management Personnel Plan (MPP) employees, Executive Order 491. These provisions may change as a result of collective bargaining negotiations. Such changes could affect program participation.
Fee waiver applies to CSU general fund courses only. Courses in self-support programs such as Extended Education, may not be taken through fee waiver.

All forms should be submitted to Benefits Services via the Benefits Services Secure Dropbox or in Welch Hall 340.
