Michael Rouse is a retired vice president of diversity, philanthropy, and community affairs for Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., and president of Toyota U.S.A. Foundation. In his more than 30 years with Toyota, Rouse held management positions in service administration and planning, product planning, market research, long-range strategic planning, communications planning, and product public relations.

Rouse currently serves on the boards of trustees of the California Science Center Foundation, the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Foundation, and on the advisory board of the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation. He previously served on the CSUDH Philanthropic Foundation Board of Directors.
