Juanita Dawson is a senior manager in the Raytheon Intelligence and Space Digital Technologies organization at Raytheon Technologies. She provides the vision and leadership for developing and supporting initiatives critical to cybersecurity compliance, disaster recovery and business continuity in Digital Technologies. Prior to her current role, Dawson served in a variety of positions at Raytheon, including systems project manager and systems engineer.

Dawson earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Grambling State University and a master's degree in information systems and technology from Claremont Graduate University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at Claremont's School of Information Systems and Technology with emphasis in cybersecurity compliance. Dawson is an active board member of the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, the CSUDH Computer Science Advisory Board, AARP California Executive Council, and the Inland Valley Newspaper Advisory Board.
